Beginning in May 2010, we will be teaching eyelash extensions in our Intermediate Masters Course. The State of Utah Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL) recently clarified that in order to apply eyelash extensions, you must be licensed as a Cosmetologist or Basic Esthetician.
