Delivers professional, meticulous, relaxing and exemplary skin care, waxing and make-up services to guests and Team Members of the Chumash Spa while maximizing retail sales.

Greets guests on time with proper salutation and a smile. Escorts guests as needed.
Uses the guest’s name at least twice during interaction.
Achieves weekly retail sales goals.
Conducts 25 -80 minute facials, complete with extractions, massage and appropriate product application.
Performs waxing services as listed on the brochure, following proper safety and sanitation guidelines, while delivering gentle guest service and detailed hair removal.
Conducts all treatments according to treatment guidelines while following draping policy.
Assesses and accommodate guest’s needs, inquiring about physical well being and perform appropriate service.
Educates and sells products to guests and Team Members.
Performs at least two guest contacts per month as business allows.
Maintains a clean, organized and safe working environment.
Abides by all California State Board of Cosmetology guidelines.

Be able to preform the services needed. Confident about up-saling an product knowlege. Willing to help out around the facility.
